How long does a MacBook battery replacement take?
Most MacBook battery replacements are finished within one to three business days. Models where the battery is glued to the top case take longer because we have to carefully remove and replace the whole assembly. We always quote a realistic turnaround when you drop it off.
My MacBook got liquid spilled on it. What should I do?
Power it off immediately, do not plug it in, and bring it to us as quickly as possible. The sooner we can open it, disconnect the battery, and clean the logic board, the better your chances. We do same-day triage on liquid damage and will tell you honestly if it is worth repairing.
