San Diego is one of the top vacation destinations on the Pacific coast. It is known for its pristine beaches, mild weather, and parks. Also located in the park are the San Diego Air & Space Museum and the Natural History Museum.

San Diego is considered to be a hub of international trade and commerce. Most of the major economic engines in the city are tourism, manufacturing, and military-related activities. One of the main attractions of the city is the annual Comic-Con, which draws more than 130,000 fans each year.

As with any city, the city council is elected. Members are elected for four-year terms on a non-partisan basis. Currently, the city council has an 8-1 majority. City Council members are elected from single-member districts.

Although the climate of San Diego is not particularly chilly, it can be rainy during the winter and spring. The rainy season is from mid-December through early March. During the summer months, the average daily temperature is around 70 degrees Fahrenheit. However, it can be chilly in the morning and at night.
